It depends on how far in advance of the workshop you’ve booked a place – but generally speaking I’ll get back to you a few weeks in advance and give you the details

Courses and tutorials: due to the fact that these are digital products, there is no systemic possibility of returning the product. However, if you would like to talk about it write to me
Workshops: Since this is a group event with a logistical minimum it may depend on your attendance whether it takes place. Therefore, out of concern for the other participants, refunds are not possible. If you would like to talk about it write to me.
